Refund Policy
1. Cancellation by the Participant:
More than 30 days before the experience start date:
80% refund of the total booking amount.
(20% retained as processing & reservation fee)
Between 15 to 30 days before the experience start date:
50% refund of the total booking amount.
Less than 15 days before the experience start date:
No refund will be provided.
In case of no-show or drop-out during the experience:
No refund or credit will be applicable.
2. Cancellation by ARC Nomads:
In rare situations of unforeseen circumstances (natural calamities, government restrictions, safety concerns, or minimum participation not met), ARC Nomads may cancel the experience.
In such cases, we will offer the choice of:

A 100% refund, OR
-
Full credit to be used for any future ARC Nomads experience (valid for 12 months).
3. Transfer of Booking:
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
4. Refund Timelines:
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days to the original payment method.
5. Important to Note:

ARC Nomads reserves the right to deny participation without refund if a participant is found unfit for the experience (health-wise or behavior-wise) after our team’s final screening call or on-ground safety assessments.

No refunds will be made for any services not utilized by the participant during the trip.
6. Force Majeure:
In the case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government bans, or large-scale emergencies), ARC Nomads may reschedule or offer credit notes, with partial refunds at our discretion.
